Moss Blaster

Moss growth on greenhouse roofs leads to light loss and reduced crop performance. The Moss Blaster has been specially developed to efficiently remove stubborn moss growth along glass rods and gutter edges.

The Moss Blaster operates fully automatically and recognizes the position of the glass rods. As soon as a window frame is detected, the machine stops and thoroughly cleans it using two rotating high-pressure nozzles. These nozzles move fully automatically along the window frames, from the ridge to the gutter. During the return journey, the nozzles position themselves above the gutter edges and remove moss growth here too.

The Moss Blaster integrates fully with the Top Cleaner platform. This allows the machine to be easily deployed as part of an existing greenhouse roof cleaning solution, without major modifications.
