Quick and safe replacement of greenhouse roof panes
With Van der Waay’s Glass Repair Cart, broken panes can be replaced quickly, safely, and entirely from the outside. Glass repairs are carried out efficiently without any modifications to the original greenhouse structure.
Thanks to the patented Glass Blender tool, panes can be installed in their original dimensions. This allows the greenhouse roof to remain in its original condition, without the need for special repair profiles or non-standard pane sizes.
The Glass Repair Cart is used to safely remove broken panes and precisely install new ones. The panes are transported using a Glass Elevator, which can be easily mounted on a Service Platform or directly on the greenhouse structure.
All work is carried out from outside the greenhouse. This ensures a stable greenhouse climate, reduces the risk of virus transmission, and allows for quick and controlled work. In addition, the shade cloth can remain closed, enabling repairs to continue even in colder conditions.
The Glass Repair Cart is designed for efficient movement and can be easily moved from one rooftop to another using a service platform, a telehandler, or the platform of a Top Cleaner.
