Van der Waay offers a wide range of pump units for the efficient application of coatings, cleaning of glass, and application of disinfectants in greenhouse horticulture. Depending on the application and scale, you can choose from pump units with different capacities, mixing tanks, and drive systems.

Pump Unit Components

Every pump unit comes standard with components that ensure optimal performance and reliability:

• Comet IDS960 diaphragm pump with a specially developed pressure regulator, fully suitable for pumping coatings
• Hose reel
• 1 or 2 polyester mixing tanks, equipped with powerful stirrers and a sealing lid for a homogeneous mixing process
• A flow meter, for easy and accurate adjustment of the required flow

Configuration Options

Our pump units can be configured in various ways to suit your specific situation and preferences:

• Power source: PTO shaft, electric motor, or petrol engine
• Mixing tank capacity: ranging from 600 to 1600 liters
• Hose reel: manually, hydraulically or electrically operated
• Chassis: suitable for transport by forklift or equipped with robust off-road wheels, allowing it to be easily moved along the greenhouse facade using a tractor.
